Thank you for purchasing the Affiliate Video Playbook from ATP Publisher. This is a digital product delivered electronically. The Creator Conversion Toolkit is included as a complimentary digital bonus.

Digital Purchases

Because access to downloadable digital files is provided after purchase, purchases are generally final once the files have been delivered or made accessible.

We do not ordinarily offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, or a decision not to complete or apply the material.

Refund Eligibility

We will review refund requests involving:

• Duplicate or incorrect charges for the same purchase.

• Successful payment without access to the purchased files, where we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

• A product materially different from its description at the time of purchase.

• Any refund or remedy required under applicable consumer protection law.

We may first offer to resolve a delivery problem by providing replacement download links or files.

Requesting a Refund

Email atppublisher@gmail.com with:

• Your name.

• Email address used for purchase.

• Shopify order number.

• Description of the issue.

Please do not send payment card details.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the original payment method where supported. Processing times depend on your payment provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
